摘要
分析了国内铁路隧道仰拱施工技术与设备存在的问题,针对铁路仰拱施工提出的新要求,介绍了云桂线高速铁路液压系统控制双线隧道仰拱整体式浇筑台车的研制及应用,并形成相应的施工工艺。采用自主研发的液压系统控制仰拱整体式浇筑台车,既能控制仰拱结构尺寸和弧线形状,大大改善了仰拱弧形段的施工质量,又做到了内实外美。通过在云桂线铁路革朗隧道中的施工应用实践证明,液压系统控制仰拱整体式浇筑台车在实际操作中切实可行,能有效加快施工进度,提高仰拱施工质量,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
The paper analyzes the problems on inverted arch construction technology and equipment in domestic railway tunnel.In connection with the new requirements of railway inverted arch construction,the development for inverted arch o-verall pouring trolley of double-track railway and its application with hydraulic pressure control system of Nanning-Kunming High-speed Railway are introduced,then the related construction technology is formed.By adopting the self-developed hy-draulic pressure system to control inverted arch overall pouring trolley,the size of inverted arch structure and arc shape can be controlled with great improvement of construction quality of the inverted arch arc segment,and then the internal fullness and external beauty can be achieved.Through the construction practice of Gelang Tunnel in Nanning-Kunming High-speed Railway,it proves that inverted arch overall pouring trolley with hydraulic pressure control system is feasible in practice. Therefore,the construction schedule is effectively speeded up,the construction quality of inverted arch is improved.It has a broad popularized value.
