财务共享服务中心模式通过标准化制度化的会计业务流程再造重组,规模化地把业务集中到这个平台处理完成。分工更细、责任明确,工作效率和质量大幅提高,更提升了财务管理水平,推动企业管理优化升级。本文旨在介绍财务共享服务中心模式的发展,分析其优劣势,并在此基础上,分析和提出我国企业集团建设该模式的若干建议以供参考。

The financial shared service center is a platform,with reengineering accounting business to make standardization and institutionalization.The division of labor is more detailed with exact responsibility.The work is more effective and the work quality is greatly improved,which also improves the level of financial management,and promotes the upgrading of the enterprise management.This paper aims to introduce the development of the financial shared service center,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.And on this basis,we analyze and propose some suggestions for establishing enterprise groups in our country.
