摘要
化学驱作为三次采油技术的重要内容,在ASP三元复合驱油技术存在生产能力下降、强碱采出液乳化严重以及腐蚀结垢等问题条件下,无碱体系的二元复合驱油技术成为化学驱油技术的重要形式。聚合物与表面活性剂的协同效应能够大大降低油水界面张力,具有优于单一聚合物驱的更好的驱替和波及性能。而国内外目前对于二元复合驱见效特征及其影响因素的研究更多的是停留在单个单元的层面,并未形成系统性的指导性论述。孤东油田于2003年开始在国内外率先开展二元复合驱先导试验并获得成功,到目前,共投入二元复合驱项目8个,已累积增油251.2×104t,提高采收率4.1%。通过二元复合驱见效特征及其影响因素分析和研究,从定性及定量的角度系统描述了见效特征及影响因素,确定了完善注采井网、改善注入剖面等工作对于二元复合驱的重要性,以期更好地发挥二元复合驱的协同效应,确保增油最大化以及进一步提高油田采收率,同时对同类型油田实施二元复合驱开发具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
Chemical flooding is an important content of EOR.In conditions of many problems,such as ASP flooding technology in production capacity decline,the emulsification and corrosion and scaling of alkali production fluid,non-alkali system binary recognition becomes an important form of chemical flooding.The synergistic effect of polymer and surfactant can greatly reduce the oil-water interfacial tension.It is better than single polymer flooding and it has better displacement and sweep performance.At home and abroad,the current surfactant-polymer(SP)flooding effect for the study of the characteristics and its influencing factors are staying in single project,and did not form systemic and directive discussion.Gudong oilfield started SP flooding pilot test in 2003 for the first time at home and abroad,and succeeded.So far,the cumulative oil of Gudong SP flooding has already accumulated 251.2×104t.EOR was enhanced by 4.1%.Through SP flooding of response characteristics and influencing factors of analysis and research,from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative description for effective characteristics and influencing factors of system,and determined the importance of perfecting injection-production well pattern and improving injection profile to SP flooding,and better play to the synergistic effect of SP flooding,ensure to increase to maximize oil and further improve EOR.Meanwhile,the research will guide and refer to other similar oilfield development.
