摘要
水平井裸眼分段酸压工艺是实现塔中超埋深、高温高压碳酸盐岩凝析气田规模、高效开发的主要技术手段。经过几年来的探索与实践,塔里木盆地塔中Ⅰ号气田形成了一套针对不同储层类型、较好适应塔中超埋深碳酸盐岩储层高温、高压、高含硫特点的长裸眼水平井分段酸压改造综合配套技术。现场应用取得较好效果。介绍了国产全通径裸眼分段完井工具的结构、性能、工作原理、技术特点,改造前综合研究—精细分段设计技术、国产全通径管柱长裸眼水平井分段技术、超埋深碳酸盐岩储层酸压改造液体技术、超埋深碳酸盐岩储层酸压改造工艺等水平井裸眼分段酸压改造综合配套技术的应用实践和取得的效果。
The segmented acid fracturing for openhole horizontal wells is key technical means to achieve large-scale efficient development for carbonate condensate gas field with ultra depth,high temperature and pressure.With exploration and practice over several years,to adapt carbonate reservoir type with ultra depth,high temperature,high pressure and sulfur,Tazhong 1st Gasfield has formed a set of segmented acid fracturing comprehensive technology for horizontal well with long openhole,which has achieved a good result for in-situ application.This study introduced the structure,performance,working principle and technical characteristics of domestic segmented completion tool for full bore openhole,in-situ application and results of those comprehensive technology,including that pre-reconstruction comprehensive research and fine-segmented design technology,long openhole horizontal well segmentation technology for domestic full bore pipe string,acid fracturing reconstruction liquid system technology and technologic measures for ultradeep carbonate reservoir.
