摘要 城市轨道交通建设项目节能评估包括项目建设方案、节能措施、能源利用状况测算、能源消费和能效水平等内容;在项目综合能源消费增量及其影响、能效水平、建设方案、用能装置(设备)、节能措施等方面的审查意见具有法定约束性。本文分析说明了城市轨道交通耗能系统的构成及各用能系统的能耗比重关系,提出了地铁系统主要应从列车牵引和车站的通风系统、空调系统、电扶梯、照明系统采取节能措施;通过节能评估,在敷设方式优选、节能坡设置、采用综合节能管理控制系统技术等方面引导城市轨道交通建设项目节约能源。 Energy saving assessment of urban rail transit construction project consist of project construction plan,energy-saving measures,estimation of energy utilization,energy consumption and energy efficiency level.It is legally binding for examination opnions on increment and influence of comprehensive energy consumption,energy efficiency level,construction plan,energy consuming devices or equipments and energy conservation measures. Composition of energy comsumption system and the proportion of each part are analysized in this paper. It is also proposed that energy-saving for urban rail transit should be taken maily from train traction,ventilation system,air conditioning system,escalators and lighting system. Energy conservation of urban rail transit should be under guidance of energy saving assessment,applying a series of measures including line location optimization,energy-saving slope setting,integrated energy management and control.
