面对全球日益严峻的环境问题,绿色车间的生产新理念被引入生产车间。铁路车辆检、维修站段在不断开发绿色产品的同时也在把生产过程向环保靠拢。沈阳动车段在设计理念上的立足之本——绿色生产,不仅致力于提供优质产品,同时也致力于实现经济与生态环境的可持续发展,制定了涵盖原材料选购、零部件测试、生产与售后使用阶段等各个环节的一整套绿色环保方案,实现产前、产中和产后的环保控制,对产生污染物的生产环节进行污染治理,从而确保对作业场所及周边环境的影响降到最低。

Against with the increasingly serious environmental problems in the world,new concept of green production workshop was introduced into the production. Railway vehicle inspection,repair stations developed green products constantly following the concept of environmental protection. Shenyang EMU Depot was based on the design concept of green production,not only to provide quality products,but also to realize the sustainable development of economy and ecological environment,formulated a set of green environmental protection program covering raw materials purchase,parts testing,production and after-sales use stages.Shenyang EMU Depot controlled all the stages of prenatal,production and delivery to ensure that the pollution to environment was the lowest.
