摘要
在阐述条码技术、RFID技术和OCR技术3种常见食品标识识别技术的基础上,从传统OCR及自然场景文本检测与识别的视角出发,梳理各自的研究现状,总结食品标识识别技术发展状况,进而对文字识别手机小程序进行比较优选;最后对食品标识识别技术的发展趋势进行展望。
On the basis of expounding three common food identification technologies,barcode technology,RFID technology and OCR technology,starting from the perspective of traditional OCR and text detection and recognition in natural scenes,this paper sorts out their research status,summarizes the development status of food identification technology,and then makes a comparison and optimization of small programs for text identification on mobile phones.Finally,the development trend of food identification technology is prospected.
