The Investigation and Reflection about the Protection of the Child Right in Family

通过对家庭中儿童身心健康全面发展权和隐私权状况的调查与分析,指出一些家长走到了《未成年人保护法》的对立面,成为侵犯儿童权利的“罪魁”,并从传统思想、应试教育、法律意识等三个方面分析形成这种状况的原因,提出相应的解决对策。

This paper is taking the child right in family as starting point.It in vestigates and ana-lyzes the condition about the all-sided developing right,in cluding health of body and mind,and the privacy right of child,then points out that parents have stand against″the person under age protect law″,and become ″chief criminal″to intrude child right.It also analyzes reasons why formed this kind of condi tion from three aspects such as remainder of the feudal system of the head of family,education for examine,light legal consciousness,finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
