摘要 实证研究了以心理安全感为中介变量,情感性同事关系为调节变量,儒家传统价值观对建言行为的作用机制和边界条件。研究发现,尊从权威和宽忍利他均显著正向影响两种建言行为。心理安全感在两种儒家价值观与建言行为之间起中介作用,在两种价值观和抑制性建言间起完全中介作用,而在两种价值观与促进性建言间起部分中介作用,情感性同事关系正向调节心理安全感与抑制性建言的关系。 The effect process of Confucian traditional values on advice behavior is studied with psychological safety as intermediary variable and emotional relationship as moderating variable by the empirical method. The study shows:( 1) Respect and compliance to authorities and tolerance and altruism impact positively on two voice behaviors.( 2) The psychological safety mediates the relationship between two Confucian values and voice behavior; Psychological safety works as complete intermediary between two values and prohibitive voice,and works as partial intermediary between two values and promotive voice.( 3) Emotional relationship affects positively the relationship between psychological safety and prohibitive voice.
