摘要 从京津冀城市群土地利用实际状况出发,确定由12个指标构成的土地利用强度评估体系,使用BP神经网络对京津冀城市群节点城市的土地利用强度进行测度,并利用引力模型验证城市群土地利用强度空间特征。研究结论表明:京津冀城市群各节点城市的土地利用强度基本符合中心城市引力效应,土地利用强度与引力要素间的相关性逐年增强;中心城市的土地利用强度呈现负增长,中心城市应由土地扩张转型为原建设用地上的产业结构调整,增加与周边城市的产业联系,走出经济发展与社会效益不相适应的桎梏。 Based on the land use situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,this paper determined the evaluation system of land use intensity,which is composed of 12 indexes.This paper used BP neural network to measure the land use intensity of node cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe urban agglomeration,and validated its spatial characteristics through using the gravity model.The results indicated that:the land use intensity of every node city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe urban agglomeration is in line with the gravitational effects of central cities.The associations between the land use intensity and the factors of gravity increased year by year.The land use intensity negatively grew in the central city.The land use intensity of the central city should be transformed from the land expansion to the adjustment of industrial structure on the original construction land,and increased the economic connections with the surrounding cities.
