摘要
研究目的:解析耕地保护制度的内涵机理,通过要素组合,探索并构建面向多功能复合的耕地保护模式。研究结果:(1)耕地保护是由核心保护内容、关键保护因子,以及相应的保护目标、保护内容、保护主体和保护措施等共同组成的综合体系;(2)依据主导因子不同可将耕地保护划分为资源压力型、经济驱动型和技术支撑型等主要保护模式;(3)使用突变级数模型,从耕地资源禀赋、区域经济状况、人力资源水平和农业现代化发展等方面进行耕地保护适用模式评价,可为区域耕地保护模式选取提供参考。研究结论:耕地保护要素组合复杂,实践中需要考虑自身发展条件和保护潜力,因地制宜选取适宜保护模式,以促进耕地保护目标实现并有效发挥耕地多功能性。
Objective:to analyze the connotation mechanism of cultivated land protection system by constructing a multi-functional and composite cultivated land protection mode through the combination of factors.Results:(1)farmland protection is a comprehensive system composed of core protection content,key protection factors,corresponding protection objectives,protection contents,protection subjects and protection measures;(2)according to different leading factors,cultivated land protection can be divided into resource pressure type,economic driving type,technical support type and other main protection modes;(3)the catastrophe progression model is used to evaluate the applicable model of cultivated land protection from the perspectives of cultivated land resource endowment,regional economic status,human resource level and agricultural modernization development,which can provide reference for the selection of regional cultivated land protection model.Conclusion:the combination of cultivated land protection elements is complex.In practice,it is necessary to consider its own development conditions and protection potential,and select appropriate protection mode according to local conditions,so as to promote the realization of cultivated land protection objectives and effectively give play to the versatility of cultivated land.
