摘要
铁路物流中心功能区布局问题是规划过程中的一个重要环节。针对铁路物流中心功能区布局问题,采用改进的SLP方法,通过分析各个功能区之间的物流相关性和非物流相关性,结合铁路物流中心周边用地规划及车场布置情况,建立铁路物流中心功能区布局规划模型,模型以物流中心各个功能区之间的综合相关性系数之和最大,以及货物搬运总成本最小为目标函数,将2个目标函数通过归一化处理转化为单目标函数,采用遗传算法来求解该模型并设计求解模型的步骤。最后,结合实际用地条件、铁路到发及调车场车场布置情况及装卸线布置要求等因素,以西安新筑铁路物流中心为例进行研究,验证理论研究的合理性与可行性。
The layout plan of the functional areas of the railway logistics center is a key part of the planning in railway logistics center. The modified SLP method is adopted to analyze the logistics correlation and non-logistics correlation of functional areas. Combining the land use planning with yard layout around the railway logistics center, this paper constructs a model of layout plan of the central functional area, which takes the max of the sum of the correlation coefficients and the minimum of the total cost of freight handling as the objective functions, which are normalized to the single objective function. The genetic algorithm(GA) is adopted to figure out the model, and the steps of the calculation process are devised. Finally, taking Xinzhu Railway Logistics Center as an example, the reasonability and feasibility of the theoretical research is tested by taking all factors into consideration, including actual use of land, railway arrival and departure, the layout of the switchyard and the requirement of loading-unloading siding layout.
