平凉南铁路物流基地建设方案研究

为满足物流发展新需求,发挥铁路物流基地在现代物流中的作用,在阐述平凉铁路地区现状的基础上,结合物流量预测,分析平凉南铁路物流基地的各功能区作业线规模,研究提出横列贯通式布置和尽头式布置2种平面布置方案,从运输组织、功能布局、工程经济角度进行综合比选,推荐横列贯通式布置方案。按照促进产业发展、形成产业优势、减少中间环节的原则,分析平凉南铁路物流基地汽车产业区、冷链产业区、电商产业区、仓储产业区、配送产业区、交易展示区、综合服务区、中心办公区、生产生活区、停车场等布局,提出平凉南铁路物流基地建设方案。

With the purpose of meeting the new requirements of logistics development and playing the role of railway logistic base in the modern logistic chain, based on the analysis of current situation of Pingliang railway hub and combining with the logistics demand forecasting, the author analyzes the scale of the operation lines in each function area, then the paper further studies the arrangement of the through type and the end type. Through comprehensive comparison on transportation organization, function layout and engineering economics, it recommends the arrangement of the through type. Finally, it proposes reasonable construction programs of Pingliang South Railway Logistics by analyzing the layout of each industrial areas, such as automobile industry area, cold chain industry area, business industrial area, industrial area, warehousing distribution area, trade exhibition area, comprehensive service area, central office area, production and living area, parking lot, etc.
