摘要
现行GB146.2-83《标准轨距铁路建筑限界》与TG/01-2014《铁路技术管理规程》标准,缺少直线-圆曲线、直线-缓和曲线-圆曲线连接形式平面变加宽的计算办法及规定,且阶梯加宽无理论根据,存在安全隐患,导致设计因限界不足造成安全事故时有发生。根据车体在直线、缓和曲线、圆曲线上的运行特征,分析车体运行轨迹,建立车体在曲线平面上运行的参数化加宽轨迹方程,统一了曲线平面加宽理论与计算方法,完善标准中连续计算方法的空白,为限界标准的修订提供了理论支撑。铁路曲线平面加宽参数化的计算方法具有通用性,可以应用于不同轨距铁路、不同机车车辆参数、轨道交通等曲线平面加宽计算。
There is no reference of related calculation method about curve widening to different connection methods in existing specifications, including GB146.2-83 "Structure Clearance for Standard Gauge Railways" and TG/01-2014 "Railway Technical Management Regulations". These different connection methods conclude straight line-circular curve, and straight line-transition curve-circular curve. Furthermore, there is no theoretical basis for staircase widening which may lead to inadequate clearance and safety accidents. According to train body operating characteristics on straight line, transition curve and circular curve, the parameterized widened trajectory equation of the vehicle running on the curve plane is established, which unifies the theory and calculation methods for plane curve widening, fills the gap in continuous calculation, and provides the theoretical support for the revision of gauge criteria. This parametric calculation method can be commonly used in curve widening calculation considering different gauges, different vehicle parameters, different kinds of rail transits, etc.
