保兑仓融资下的三级供应链联合契约研究

A Study on Three-stage Supply Chain Coordinate in Confirming Storage Financing based on the Joint Contract

保兑仓融资给供应链参与各方带来便利和收益已经被广泛证实,而参与各方之间也一直存在着相互博弈。针对保兑仓融资下的三级供应链协调问题,通过分析三级供应链系统业务流程,制造商和供应商之间采用数量折扣契约、制造商和销售商采用收益共享契约协调进行设计。首先分析在集中决策下和分散决策下三级供应链系统的最优决策,发现存在冲突;然后分析联合契约建立三级供应链协调条件;最后通过算例分析验证联合契约的有效性。研究表明,联合契约的实施有利于增强参与各方合作的稳定性,最终实现共赢。

Confirmed storage financing has been widely proved to bring convenience and benefits to all participants in the supply chain,and there has been a game among participants.Aiming at the coordination problem of three-level supply chain under confirming warehouse financing,this paper analyzes the business process of three-level supply chain system and designs the coordination mechanism of quantity discount contract between the manufacturers and suppliers and revenue sharing contract between manufacturers and sellers.Firstly,the paper analyzes the optimal decision of three-stage supply chain system under centralized control and decentralized control and finds that there lies conflicts.Then,the paper analyzes the conditions of establishing three-level supply chain coordination by joint contract.At last,the paper verifies the validity of the joint contract by a case analysis.The research shows that the implementation of the joint contract is conducive to enhancing the stability of the cooperation of all parties involved and ultimately achieving win-win situation.
