青岛港集装箱海铁联运发展战略研究

A Study on the Development Strategy of Sea-Railway Intermodal Transportation in Qingdao Port

为进一步推动青岛港海铁联运发展,阐述青岛港海铁联运发展现状,综合考虑影响港口集装箱海铁联运发展的各因素之间的联系,采用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁4个角度,对青岛港集装箱海铁联运发展的战略环境进行分析,得出SWOT分析矩阵。在此基础上,得出青岛港发展集装箱海铁联运业务优势大于劣势、机遇大于威胁,应采取增长型的SO战略,提出加强港口基础设施建设、完善交通运输体系、健全港口信息系统平台、推进港口海铁联运业务全球化发展、加强港口间联动合作的发展战略。

To further promote the development of sea-railway intermodal transport of Qingdao port,the internal and external environment of Qingdao port are comprehensively analyzed with the improved SWOT analysis method.This method considers not only the correlation among the factors affecting the development of sea-railway combined transport,but also the dynamic changes of the factors in different environments,and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by Qingdao port.The research shows that the development of container-sea-rail intermodal transport in Qingdao port is more manifested by its own advantages than disadvantages,and the external environment brings more opportunities than threats to it,therefore the growth-oriented SO strategy should be adopted.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the infrastructure construction,perfecting the transportation system and the information system platform,promoting the globalization development and strengthening the linkage cooperation between ports.
