摘要
职权与职责的分配是组织设计、职务描述(Jobdescription)的基本内容,但目前缺乏必要的理论指导。笔者根据近年来的管理教学与咨询实践,通过界定权力与责任的概念,提出了职权与职责安排的程序、原则与方法。
Distribution of power and responsibility is the fundamental content of designing organization and job description.But due to the lack of theoretical direction,difficulties exist in the management practices.By clearly defining the concepts of power and responsibility of an occupation,the author introduces the procedures,principles and methods for achieve proper match between power and responsibility
