The operation status of ionic membrane electrolyzer improted from Japanese Chlorine Engineers Co. (CEC) was briefed. Some key points was put forward. Several influential factors on operation quality and it's countermeasures was mainly introduced. The influential factors including the quality of first and secondary brine, differential pressure of chlorine gas and hydrogen gas, equipments and etc. It was pointed that brine quality and operation condition should be guaranteed.
