报告用自制的便携式YAG激光节育仪 ,经皮穿刺输精管 ,导入激光光纤照射节育 60例 ,取得了满意效果。结果提示 :非手术激光输精管节育法安全可靠、痛苦少、可复性强 ,减少了输精管结扎术的并发症。

It has gained a satisfactory result that percutaneous puncture vas deferens laser irradiation treated sixty patients by home-made portable YAG laser birth control apparatus.The result showed that the non-operational method of laser vas deferens birth control is safe,less painful,the reversibility is good with reducing the complications of vasligation.
