摘要
根据脂肪酸甲酯气相 SO3磺化的机理 ,研究开发了一种甲酯磺化新工艺 ,以结构简单、紧凑、操作稳定的高气液比喷射反应器为横化装置 ,对脂肪酸甲酯进行连续的 SO3气相磺化 ,实验取得较好的结果。甲酯最高转化率为 95 % ,SO3转化率则达 99% ,与膜式反应器相近。
A new sulfonation technology of fatty acid methyl ester(ME) was developed according to the mechanism of solfonation reaction between ME and SO 3.The high gas/liquid ratio jet reactor which was simple and compact in structure and stable in operation was applied as the sulfonation apparatus.The experimental results show that the maximum conversion of ME and SO 3 were more than 95 % and 99 %,respectively.These results was comparable with that in film reactor.
