氨基硅烷改性多官能团丙烯酸酯的合成及其UV固化性能 被引量:5

摘要 以N 环己基 3 氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(CAMS)为原料通过迈克尔加成反应合成了一系列的氨基硅烷改性多官能团丙烯酸酯,用红外、核磁和凝胶渗透色谱对产物进行了表征。研究了产物固化时的双键转化率,测定了产物的密度和固化收缩率,结果表明:随着CAMS含量的增加,双键转化率提高,固化收缩率降低。三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)体系中,当n(TMPTA)/n(CAMS)从3降到1时,固化40s后双键转化率由81%提高到93%,体积收缩率由9 25%下降到6 22%。 A number of aminosilane modified UVcurable diacrylates and triacrylates were prepared by reacting Ncyclohexylγaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane (CAMS) with multifunctional acrylates by Michaeltype addition reaction.The products were characterized by means of FT-IR,1HNMR and GPC measurements.With the increase of CAMS in the product,the conversion of double bonds increases and the shrinkage of UVcured films decreases.When n(TMPTA)/n(CAMS) changes from 3 to 1, the conversion of double bonds increases from 81% to 93%,and the shrinkage of UVcured (40 s) films decreases from 925% to 622%.
