摘要
7个不同的NCa雄性不育系套袋自交,平均结角率为0.68%,平均亲和指数为0.008;在开放授粉条件下平均结角率86.29%,平均亲和指数11.69。用50个来源不同的甘蓝型油菜同时测定Pol雄性不育系、NCa雄性不育系、nap雄性不育系,结果表明NCa雄性不育系与Pol雄性不育系和nap雄性不育系之间的恢保关系差异明显。根据NCa雄性不育恢复基因的遗传分析,初步认为NCa雄性不育的恢复基因为1对恢复基因。
Seven NCa cytoplasmic male sterile lines of B. napus were bagged for self -- pollinating, and the av-
erage poding rate and compatibility index were 0.68% and 0.008 respectively. Under open -- pollination condition,
the average poding rate and compatibility index were 86.29% and 11.69 respectively. Fifty cultivars of B. napus
were crossed with Pol CMS, NCa CMS and nap CMS, respectively, the results showed that the restorer -- and --
maintainer relationship of NCa CMS was different from Pol CMS and nap CMS. The sterility of NCa CMS was con-
trolled by one pair of nuclear genes, it was base on the fertility performance from cross generations between NCa
CMS line and restorer line.
