摘要
利用PCR特异引物进行油菜菌核病的分子诊断,结果表明,在油菜初花至盛花期采集花瓣检测菌核病菌,人工接种田块采集5片于枯发白的花瓣作材料,可扩增出病原特异条带,而未接种田块材料的特异条带出现的频率较低。
Sclerotinia stem rot is a serious disease in oilseed rape in China. A pair of 24 -- mer primers was
used in Sclerotinia diagnoses. DNA template was made from paled petals during the flowering stage. By touch -
down polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a Sclerotinia sclerotiorum specific production could be detected from petal
sample collected in inoculated field. Experiments with samples from non -- inoculated fields showed lower presenta-
tion frequency of the S. sclerotiorum specific PCR production.
