PEU/LCP复合膜制备及其抗凝血性能

摘要 利用实验室合成的胆甾型侧链高分子液晶 (SCLCP PAA Hep)在一定条件下与基材聚醚氨酯(PEU)共混浇铸 ,制备具有优良抗凝血性能的复合生物材料 ,讨论了温度、物料比以及小分子增溶剂等因素的影响。抗凝血实验、接触角及力学性能测试结果表明 :当LCP质量分数为 15 %~ 2 0 %时 ,复合材料具有优良抗凝血性能 。 The composite biomaterial with a good anticoagulation properties was prepared through the laboratory synthetic cholesteryl side chain liquid crystalline polymer (SCLCP-PAA-Hep)blended together and casted with the base material of polyether urethanes (PEU) under certain conditions.The influence of the temperature the molar ratio of feed stocks and small molecular solubilizing agent etc was discussed. The results of anticoagulation experiments , contact angle tests and mechanical property tests showed that the composite material has a good anticoagulation property when the LCP is 15%~20% wt, moreover still keeps a very good machenic property.
