摘要 铜冶炼工艺过程复杂,危险性大,属于高风险行业,建立有效的安全生产隐患排查治理体系是预防事故发生的重要措施之一,对企业安全发展意义重大.以国内某铜冶炼企业为例,系统全面的辨识生产运行阶段的风险及危险因素,制定控制措施.利用危险源辨识结果,基于风险管理原理开发相应的隐患排查标准,最终利用信息化手段,形成了一套能够有效提高企业隐患排查治理工作效率的信息化管理系统.通过系统的实施,实现了企业隐患排查体系的"标准化"和"信息化",使得人员作业活动"三违"行为、工艺过程、设备设施、场所环境的安全隐患能够得到有效控制,避免或减少安全生产事故的发生. The process of copper smelting is complex and dangerous,it belongs to high risk industry,it is one of the important measures to establish an effective safe production hidden danger investigation and management informationsystem,which has great significance to the safety development of the enterprises. Taking a domestic copper smeltingenterprise as an example,systematic and comprehensive identification the risk and risk factors,at the operation stage of theproduction system,and develop control measures. Using the risk source identification results,based on the principle of riskmanagement,we develop the corresponding hidden danger checking standards,and finally make use of informationtechnology to form a set of information management system which can effectively improve the efficiency of the management ofthe enterprise hidden danger. Through the implementation of the system,the 'standardization' and 'information' of theenterprise hidden danger detection system have been realized,which can effectively control the hidden dangers of the 'threeviolations' behavior,the processing technology,equipment and facilities,ambient conditions,so as to avoid or reduce the occurrence of safety production.
