摘要
以内电解+石灰沉磷为预处理、以厌氧折流板(ABR)+普通好氧曝气为生化处理的新工艺处理甲基氯化物废水是可行的。经预处理后,COD、有机磷、硫化物的去除率分别达62.43%、60.62%、76.3%,出水BOD5/COD由0.107上升至0.302。预处理出水经稀释3.2倍即可进入两级生化处理装置,出水达标排放。
In this article, inside-electrolytic method was used as the pretreatment, anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) and aeration tank as the following biological treatment to treat methyl chlorides wastewater. The results showed that this new technological process was feasible. After the pretreatment, the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand、organic phosphorous、and sulfur were 62.43%、42.62%、68.37% respectively, the influent waters BOD5/COD raised from 0.107 to 0.302. Then the wastewater was diluted to 3.2 times and pumped to ABR and aeration tank, during the total technological process, the methyl chlorides wastewater gained effective treatment.
