The liveware interface is the most important and flexible interface in the human factor SHEL model.Controllers have to communicate and coordinate with many people at work,and the air traffic control teamwork directly influences the safety and efficiency of air traffic service.This article focuses its attention on the items and methods in air traffic con-trol teamwork training.
