从人员、设备、材料、施工方法和环境几个方面 ,对光缆与油气管线同沟敷设过程质量控制的实施进行了分析探讨 。
In terms of staff,equipment,material,construction,and environment,an analysis and explorative discussion are made on the implementation of process quality control in laying optical cable and oil-gas pipeline in one ditch.
