三峡南线第二闸室深槽开挖控制爆破技术 被引量:2

摘要 在直立墙高度达 67 8m的三峡工程南线第二闸室深槽开挖中 ,采用了梯段爆破的方法 ,侧向留保护层 ,同时采取了预裂爆破和缓冲爆破的技术措施 ,使形成的深槽直立墙符合设计要求。文中概述了爆破设计思路和要求 ,讨论了主爆破、预裂和缓冲爆破的参数选取和装药结构 ,并简介了起爆网路。监测结果表明 ,直立墙成型较好 ,保留岩体稳定。 In excavation of deep trough of No 2 chamber with a wall height of 67 8m in south permanent ship lock in the Three Gorges Project,bench blasting was used with a side protection layer At the same time,some technological measures such as presplitting and buffering blasting were taken,which made the formed vertical wall met the design requirements In this paper,the thinking and demands of blasting design were outlined,the parameter selection and charging structures for production,presplitting and buffering blasting discussed in detail and the priming circuit was presented The monitoring results show that the vertical rock wall has a good shape and is stable
