摘要
可视化技术是金属凝固数值模拟系统开发的重要技术。对于铸件温度场、充型过程的流场以及铸件应力场显示中的大量均匀或非均匀网格,应用OpenGL和MFC技术,通过网格几何尺寸数据的计算、坐标系移动和复位、边界网格的相邻网格关系判断及温度分范围的三原色处理方法,可迅速、优质地绘制铸件/铸型几何实体图、网格剖分图、铸件轮廓图和颜色温度图。
Visualization technique is a key technique for the development of metal solidification numerical simulation software system.On the basis of a large number of meshes in displaying of casting temperature field,fluid field in mould filling process and casting stress field,by calculating mesh geometry dimension data,moving and restoring the reference frame,judging the relationship between the boundary meshes and their adjacent meshes,as well as distinguishing temperature range with three primary colours, it is possible to apply OpenGL and MFC technique to rapidly make hi-quality solid geometry drawing,the mesh drawing,outline drawing and colour temperature drawing of castings/moulds.
