摘要 根据国内外有关研究结果,阐述了球墨铸铁件冷却凝固过程中的体积变化规律,建立了球墨铸铁的收缩和膨胀模型,用以分析球墨铸铁小件的缩孔缩松形成机理。以轮毅铸件为例提出了防止缩孔缩松缺陷的工艺措施。 Based on the results of relevant researches in China and abroad, the volume change regularity during cooling and solidification of ductile iron castings was described. The contraction and expansion pattern of ductile iron was established which was used to analyze the formation mechanism of small ductile iron castings.With a wheel hub casting as example, the measures to prevent shrinkage defects were proposed.
