陶瓷型铸造45钢塑料模具工艺技术

摘要 采用陶瓷型精密铸造45钢塑料模具,指出其工艺难点在于铸件收缩比例的确定,模具腔内细节结构的成形、模具的随形冷却管道的成形,以及铸造工艺参数的确定,同时介绍了在还原性气氛中浇注铸件或进行铸件热处理,可有效防止铸件表面氧化脱皮。 The ceramic mould precise casting process was adopted to produce medium carbon steel toolings for plastic products. It was pointed out that the difficulties of the process are as following:determination of the contraction ratio,the formation of fine construction of tooling cavity,the formation of profile-following cooling pipes of tooling and determination of process parameters.Besides, it was also described that pouring or /and heat treating the castings in the reductive atmosphere could effectively prevent peeling at casting surface due oxidation.
