电网建设中电源接入系统和用户供电项目的经济评价

Economic Evaluation of Projects while Power Source Switching into Network and Supplying to Large User

针对目前吉林省电力有限公司电网建设中电源接入系统和用户供电项目存在的投资风险较大和收益不能量化等问题,提出了规避投资风险的应对办法和对该类项目进行经济评价方法,为省公司投资决策提供依据。

It exists in projects of power source switching into network and supplying to large user that investment risk is large and income cannot be quantified in Jilin Province. Aimed at these problems, some methods are discussed to reduce investment risk and evaluate quantitatively the economy of the projects.
