摘要
利用担载的双金属活性组分催化剂 ,考察了反应温度、压力、进料空速和污水 p H等条件对催化湿式氧化处理某厂机械加工废水效果的影响。对于该厂的混合废水 ,在反应温度 2 60℃ ,反应压力 6.6MPa,空速为 2 .0 h- 1 ,p H为 3条件下处理后的废水CODCr去除率为 90 .2 %。考察了助剂 H2 O2 。
The effect on the wastewater of machine shop with the supported bimetallic catalyst for operating conditions of CWO including temperature, pressure, space velocity and pH were investigated. It was found that the reduction of COD\-\{Cr\} is 90.2% at 260 ℃, 6.6 MPa, SV 2.0 h\+\{-1\} and pH 3. Moreover, the effects of hydrogen peroxide, flocculant and kinds of united technologies on treating the wastewater have been studied.
