摘要
肾病理数据分析系统选择并贮存了一般资料、临床资料、常规光镜和免疫病理学检查、电镜检查的资料,通过多元分析,求出权值。据此对照数据库中各种诊断分类的权值相比较,提出最接近的一种或几种病名供病理医生作诊断决策。提出了代表诊断可靠程度的诊断系数的概念。
By the kidney biopsy pathology data analytic system it selected and stored clinical data, common light and immunity fluorescence microscope and electron microscope data. Counting the weighted value by the multivariate analysis and contrasting the various diagnosis classifications in the database, it put forward the diagnosing policy decision. The concept of diagnosis coefficient which represents the reliability of pathology diagnosis was proposed.
