Application of functional carbon black dispersing agent GC-01 to tread compound

研究炭黑分散剂GC 0 1在斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用。试验结果表明 ,使用炭黑分散剂GC 0 1可显著降低胎面胶的门尼粘度 ,提高炭黑分散性 ;在胎面胶配方中加入 2份GC 0 1,同时对硫化剂或炭黑适当减量 ,可使胶料获得优良的综合性能。

The application of a functional carbon black dispersing agent GC-01 to the tread compound of bias tire was investigated.The test results showed that the addition of carbon black dispersing agent GC-01 resulted in much lower Mooney viscosity of tread compound and improved carbon black dispersity;and the excellent comprehensive properties could be obtained by adding 2 phr GC-01 and reducing the curative or carbon black properly.
