摘要
首先以乙腈、乙醇、无水氯化氢为起始原料合成乙酰亚胺乙酯,然后以冰乙酸为催化剂进行乙酰亚胺乙酯的三聚反应得到三甲基均三嗪,将三甲基三嗪与苯甲醛在浓硫酸中进行羟醛缩合反应,则合成了一种新的八极分子三苯乙烯基均三嗪(TSTA),文中对其合成过程中的一些重要的反应条件的影响进行了研究。
Ethyl Acetimidate(EAM)was synthesized form CH3CN,C2H5OH,and HCl.Then the trimethyl-s-trizaine(TMT)was obtained after the trimerization of EAM using glacial acetic acid as catalyst.By means of Aldol consendation of TMT with benzaldehyde,the final product tristyryl-s-trizaine(TSTA)was synthesized.Some of the important conditions which have influence on the yield of TMT greatly were studied.
