通过对应试教育存在的原因及素质教育推行的现状分析,认为高考制度中以分数做为惟一录取标准的原则是导致素质教育推行难的主要原因。因此,有必要对高考录取制度进行改革,并以此推动素质教育的实施。

On the basis of an analysis of the existing reason for the exam-oriented educational system and that of the present situation of implementing the nature-oriented educational system, the article concludes that the principle of the marks for the entrance examination as the only enrolling standard leads to the underdevelopment of the quality-oriented educational system. Therefore, it's necessary for us to reform the exam-oriented educational system.
