摘要
从建立健全内部管理制度 ,严格执行国家有关政策法规 ,严格项目前期管理 ,以质量为本 ,突出“质量、工期、投资”3大控制 ,重视后评价管理 ,促进投改管理工作上台阶等方面进行了论述 ,指出中国铝业公司山西分公司成绩的取得与领导层挖潜降耗 ,不断加大技改力度 。
This paper makes discussion from aspects of establishing and perfecting internal management system, strictly implementing state policies and statutes, strengthening management of projects in earlier stage, ensuring investment results taking person as foundation, stressing system of quality, working time and investment, paying attention to management of after evaluation, promoting technical transformation management up to steps, ect. It points out that achieving successes in Shanxi Aluminum Factory is inseparable from leading group, taping potentialities and reducing consumption, enhancing the dynamics of technical transformation and paying attention to sci-tech innovation.
