摘要
裂纹是钢管热轧穿孔中常见的缺陷。对钢管热轧穿孔中裂纹的形成进行了深入的分析 ,指出裂纹问题实际上是个较为复杂的系统问题。因而在工艺设计和工艺调整时应采取综合方法 ,使整个系统优化 。
Crack is the normal defect in hot-puncturing process, we can know crack is a complicated systematical problem by analyzing the causes of it. So we shall take every factor into consideration and take multi-variable analytical methodology to optimize the whole system in order to prevent the crack.
