在机床导轨面和工作台T型槽处 ,使用石墨激冷砂作激冷材料 ,使导轨面和工作台T型槽处的机械性能达到技术要求。使用石墨激冷砂作激冷材料 ,不仅操作简单成本低 ,而且大大减少了因气孔、疏松、裂纹而造成铸件报废 。

That applying graphite chill sand as the material for casting of machine tool guideway, thermal center and table T slots which are requsted of good wear resistance and dense structure, not only satisfies wear resistance requirement, but also reduces blow-holes,porosity, cracking etc. defects which causes disablement and gets the purpose of steady quality.
