摘要
设计安全可靠、经济适用的声屏障基础和连接方式是既有线桥梁段增设声屏障的难点,本文列举了4种常见的设计方案,分别适用于桥梁不满足声屏障荷载要求、T梁无预埋螺栓等情况;分析人工安装单元板的不利因素,提出控制产品质量和提高机械化施工的措施;针对声屏障钢构件锈蚀的问题进行分析并提出应对措施。
The difficulties of the acoustic barrier addition on the bridge of existing lines are the designing of safe and efficient acoustic barrier pedestal and connection method.This article listed four common design schemes,which are available when the bridge is unable to load the acoustic barrier or the T-beam had no pre-embedded anchoring bolts,respectively.The negative factors of the manual installation of unit panel are analyzed,and the procedures for improving the product quality and mechanized construction efficiency are demonstrated.The rusting problem of steel components on the acoustic barrier is also analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given.
