佛山市区公共建筑设施的合理布局

ON THE RATIONAL DISTRIBUTION OF PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES IN FOSHAN URBAN DISTRICTS

本文分析了佛山市区原有公共建筑设施存在的主要问题,介绍了公共建筑设施布局中变'单一式'为'多心式'(全市性设施、分区性设施、住宅小区设施)的设计方法,拟定了公共建筑设施的发展规模及设计标准。

The main problems of the former public construction facilities in Foshan Urban Districts use to be: (1) the quantity of the facilities couldn't catch up with the needs of the increasingly growing population; (2) their distribution was irrational; (3) part of them were incomplete and old. In resent years, as the urban district economy develops, the public facilities have been reconstructed and distributed rationally. The former 'one-sided way' of distributing the facilities has been changed into 'many-sided way', in which the public facilities are divided into three levels: city facilities, district facilities, and residential quarter facilities, thus the public facilities can be made full use of. The author considers that in the overall urban planning, the scale and quotas of the public facilities should be desided according to the levels of the urban economic development and living requirement, e.g. the culture, education, entertainment, sport, and shopping facilities, and medical and health services should be decided at the quotas of thousand people, and such facilities as business, service and trade should be distributed rationally through qualitative analysis.
