本文探讨了使用国产卫片更新1：10万地形图的可行性，提出了地形图更新的技术方案及作业方法，在试验的基础上对各种地形要素的卫片影象特征以及综合判绘能力进行了分析，给出了试验结果。试验采用了薄膜线划图套合卫片像片图进行综合判绘的方法，并且提出绘制反映发展变化情况的专题图——“变迁图”的作业方法。

: The feasibility of the renewal of 1:1000000 topographic maps by us- ing home-made satellite photographs is discussed, technical scheme and practical method for making the renewal are also proposed. Based on experiments, the cha- ractetistics of satellite imageries of various topographic features and the ability of comprehensive identification are analysed. Also made is an experiment with the method of comprehensive identification by matching line maps drawn on film to sa- tellite photographic maps. A practical method of making thematic maps which ref- lect changes of natural and cultural features is suggested.
