摘要
本文系统地分析了云南德宏州边境贸易和口岸的特点、优势,在此基础上提出了边贸和口岸进一步开发的设想。
The conditions for opening Dehong port of Yunnan are analysed: advantageous international environ rnent, good locaton, broad market, rich internal and external resources, long trading history and stable borders. But there are also some disadvantages: undeveloped economy, small scale of towns and poor infrastruture. Dehong port is of special regional benefits and its orientation is different from that of coastal ports. The author suggests that (1) make multi-level development of the port, (2)set up a continental bridge to South Asia, (3)open up southwest international trading passage, (4) construct inland export processing base and develop export-orientated economy in boundary minority nationality regions.
