摘要
该文利用通用有限元分析软件分别建立了某车传动系统在采用橡胶联轴器和两种盖斯林格联轴器时的扭振模型,并对其性能进行了分析计算,得到了采用不同联轴器时传动系统的扭振特性.基于对三个方案的传动系统性能的分析对比,预测了传动系统可能存在的共振现象,并提出合理建议,这对于解决业已存在的扭振问题具有重要意义.
In this paper the general FEM software was used to build and then to solve the torsional model of a vehicle transmission system with different kinds of shaft coupling. This analysis has revealed the characteristics of the transmission systems, including the potential resonance. Based on the results analysis, some suggestions were proposed to improve the torsional characteristics. This is very helpful to settle the torsional problem existed in practice.
