摘要
本文介绍了OSB-1浮标网短波数据传输系统的设计方案。系统组成及使用情况。阐述了为改善浮标与岸站的通信质量所开展的工作。并具体说明了为降低短波信道的误码率所采取的一系列行之有效的措施。其结果是:岸站接收的数据与浮标磁带记录的数据相当一致,达到了预期的目的。
OSB-1 buoy array is composed of several buoys which measure wave, current, wind, salinity, sea temperature, and tide and anchored in the Changjiang River mouth waters. The shore-station is located at Luchao harbor, Nanhui county, Shanghai. Short-wave frequency is used to transfer data from the buoys to the shore-station. The design, structure and operation of the data transfer system are discussed in this paper.
