摘要
在对发动机电控系统及其开发环境进行深入研究的基础上,研制了适用于多种类型发动机电控系统的柔性化开发系统。系统结构为三层,PC机作为最上层完成数据处理和系统优化;带单片机系统和256K共享RAM(随机存储器)的监控板作为中间层,负责对下层的数据处理与控制及上、下层间的通讯;底层为自带单片机的采集控制器,与传感器和执行器相连。本开发系统能够完成电控系统软硬件的开发与调试及电控单元与发动机的匹配试验等工作,满足电控系统开发要求。
Based on the study of developing environment of electronically controlled engines, a flexible developing system has been developed.It can be applicable for many kinds of electronically controlled engines.The system structure has three layers. The top layer is PC which performs the data processing system optimization. The monitoring and controlling board with 256K RAM is the second layer which performs the bottom layer's data processing and controlling and communicates with those two layers.The bottom layer which joins sensors and actuators communicates with up layer through microcontroller.The developing system can accomplish the development of electronic controlled engine's hardware and software,and the matching experiment of ECU to engines.
