摘要
介绍了共轨蓄压式电控泵喷嘴系统的组成及工作原理,对电控泵喷嘴系统与1150G单缸机的匹配过程进行了分析,并进行了匹配实验。在电控泵喷嘴系统与单缸机的匹配过程中,通过对喷油提前角的优化,制作了喷油提前角MAP,使整个实验过程中的燃烧压力和排气温度得到控制,保证了单缸机的安全工作。匹配实验表明:共轨蓄压式电控泵喷嘴系统在喷油提前角调整方面具有比传统的泵 管 嘴系统更大的灵活性。
This paper presents the composition and working principle of a commonrail accumulator type electronic control unit injector system. The process of matching the electronic control unit injector system to the 1150G singlecylinder diesel engine is analyzed and the matching experiment has been done. In the process of matching experiment, the MAP of injection advance angle is done by means of optimization of injection advance angle, thus the explosion pressure and the exhaust temperature are controlled and the safety of the singlecylinder diesel engine is ensured. The experimented result indicates that the regulation of injection advance angle of a commonrail accumulator type electronic control unit injector system is superior to that of the traditional pumppipenozzle system.
