摘要
在一台中速8缸柴油机提高转速、功率的改进设计过程中,应用性能分析软件AVL BOOST对该机的配气系统及其影响进行了详尽的分析计算比较。并以满足功率、油耗、排温及最大燃烧压力等指标为目标,对压缩比、增压压力、排气系统、配气相位等进行了优化,获得了能改进提高柴油机性能的综合方案。
In the stage of improving a mediumspeed 8cylinder diesel engine for increasing both engine speed and output, the different exhaust systems and valve timings and their effects on the engine are analyzed and compared in details by using the performance analyzing software package of AVLBOOST. The engine parameters such as the compression ratio, boost pressure, exhaust system and valve timing are optimized to satisfy the requirements of the engine output, fuel economy, exhaust temperature and peak cylinder pressure etc. The comprehensive scheme for improving engine performances is obtained.
